I first had a telephone interview where I talked with the regional business manager and discussed the location and time of the interview. I then met him at said time and we sat down where he explained to me the nature of the job, what my responsibilities were and what challenges I can expect in the job. Then he referred me to the performance development coordinator of the logging department and he gave me a test quiz where I was asked basic physics and math questions involving basic circuit analysis questions, pascal's priniciple, hand calculations of long multiplications etc. After this, I went home and then a week later I received a call to invite me again and I met with the business manager and he told me that I have been accepted and I was given the job acceptance papers to sign.

interview in english and i have 3 times for interview first time interview in Thai language, second times interview in English language and the last time will interview in English language again.
