Phone call, then two personal interviews. I received a phone interview and answered a few questions and at the end of the call set up my 1 on 1 interview. After that I received an email to schedule a group interview. Last call I received I was made an offer which I accepted and then scheduled a drug test and physical and my start date.

Ability to follow the code of business conduct and work safely. Halliburton is very big on safety and take it serious, which is a great perk as an employee
