Hiring process started with Skill testing. The test consisted of Physics, Chemistry, verbal, quantitative and Logical reasoning questions. Shortlisted candiates were called for interviews the following week.
Interview Process started with individual presentations which was stipulated for 5 minutes. Afterwards, participants had lunch while candidates where lectured on the company's business processes and the role of each departments. Then there was the group project; candidates were divided into groups of five (5) persons and each group given similar task to build paper towers. The goal was for each group to build the tallest tower as possible.
The next stage was the technical and 1:1 interviews; each candidate was expected to couple a mechanical system, based on a given engineering drawing of parts, within one minute, and troubleshoot an electrical component, while answering subject specific questions.
The last stage was a 1:1 interview, where typical HR questions were asked.
