Had first interview on campus at university career center. This was fairly serious, consisted of hardball behavioral questions along with casual conversation. Then was invited for a two day site visit which basically the entire time was an interview. Got to know employees and a hiring manager. Took seven of us out to eat. Paid for lodging, food, and travel to the location. Was given an offer, and accepted.
