A phone interview with hiring manager and two engineers first. Mostly about candidate background and it is easy. On site interview includes a presentation and two rounds of group interview where most technical questions are asked. Hiring manager and recruiter are not responsive and often delay replying emails for days and will not provide update unless you repeatedly ask. Recruiter severely lacks professional manners when interacting with candidate. Did not reimburse interview travel expenses after I decline the offer and refuse to provide timely explanation. Overall a highly inefficient and disrespectful interview experience.

First heard of position in career fair. Was interviewed for the first round - mostly HR, questions similar to the ones posted in this page. Made it to the second round. Even got a couple of emails about location preferences. Never heard for a couple of months before a call out of the blue to schedule a second round phone interview. Someone from r&d - discussed about my resume and got rejected two days later. Some of my friends went through the same motions and didn't even hear back about their applications. Rest in peace.
