Everything was completed over the phone and email. I basically had an informal offer at the end of the interview and a formal offer came within just a few days.

Contacted by a recruiter after I applied for a position with Halliburton on Linkedin. The role, Electrical Technician, seemed like a good fit but did require some oil & gas experience that I do not I have presently. I completed a series of several phone screen interviews and a personality survey. I thought I did well and was decent for the job but did not get an offer. I will try again for positions as they come available. It was a positive interview process but was hoping to get an offer.
