Had the 1st interview (September) on campus then was selected for a 2nd interview but wasn't for the PSL what I original wanted. Accepted the interview but it was scheduled months later (December) for on-site interview in Oklahoma. Overall the recruiting staff was Great, prompt emails and they answered all questions swiftly.

Honestly the interviewers expect you to all the majority of the questions. They give you all the details of the job such as how hard the job is and they want you to know what you are potentially signing up for.
