The interview was held in three phases. It was a very professional interview which was conducted via MS TEAMS. It incorporated all areas of sales. The team was particular about competency and previous career experience. General technical sales questions in stage 1. Situational based and personality questions in stage 2. Final interview with managers in stage 3.
