Was called in by the GM and immediately given the personality/honesty test. After I finished that, the GM said she would get back to me after the results came in. The honesty test had some problems in it as if you are a manager at any point and respond from a mangement perspective, you may fail the test. I passed the test, barely. I was asked a few questions, but nothing really in depth. I think I had an easier time of it because i had a former coworker who already worked at the location. The staff lvl's at certain locations are very small, so it was great to be able to get into the job as it is rather difficult to get into sometimes.
