I was contacted by HR for an interview and set it up. I called at the appropriate time, however, the HR rep neglected to tell me it would be a 2 person interview, and not just with them. Kind of unprofessional to not tell the interviewee there would be another person present. I was also told I would hear back within a few weeks either way, but I never heard a word. Very unprofessional process, and I would not work for this company.
