Arrived for interview, they hired the candidate before me on the spot. We had just a casual conversation, no questions about me or my experience. Total time 15 minutes. Very disappointed I could tell they were not interested, felt like they were speaking with me because they had already set the appointment. The candidate before me was led to HR and was completing paperwork.
