Very open about what they are looking for and prompt responses. They are exceptionally blunt about the process and what they are looking for and who they aren't. The process itself was via paper instead of what was submitted online, this requires the individual to have exceptional handwritten skills and little disabilities with such.

Simple, quick, did not get the job, but overall I am happy with the process and thought it was a good process and professional company environment. They were polite and welcoming.
