I applied and was contacted on the same day and interviewed the next day. There's a preliminary test (Excel, Math and typing). They were fairly easy tests (if you have experience) but they are not going to entertain you for an interview if you don't pass them. The interview was standard-- explanation of job expectations, company history, etc. I was offered the job the day after I interviewed and started orientation at Montclair HQ the next week
