I was recommended to the job by a current employee. This led to an email exchange, followed by an in person coffee meeting with a senior engineering lead as an initial screening. From there I submitted a resume and had a 30-minute, remote, technical screen with a different software engineering lead. After moving to the next stage, I was contacted by a representative from HR to confirm some non technical related information and then informed about a 4-hr remote interview block. This involved a "culture" interview conversation with an engineering lead followed by an architecture interview with a senior software engineer and then a 2hr half-solo/half-paired coding assignment where I built a small application. After that I had a follow up call with HR, which was closely followed by an offer phone call and paper work.

The interview process was very well-organised and transparent. The recruiter maintained excellent communication throughout and was both professional and responsive. Each person I met was well-prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and had deep knowledge in their respective fields. Overall, the experience was positive and gave me a great impression of the company.
