The interview/hiring process was very efficient & engaging. Thus far, it was the best experience I've had! I applied online at Handshake.com and immediately received a response from the recruiter afterwards. It was basically just a calendar to schedule a zoom interview. The interview itself went really well! It was super casual, but still had a lot of depth for me to think critically and express my personality. There was also a live troubleshooting exercise at the end. While the answer doesn't necessarily have to be correct, I think this is just to show your problem solving skills.

Screening: After application is accepted, you'll get an email with a test. Log into the simulated environment of different Handshake accounts and answer customer questions based on what you can find with the different available accounts. Also use the Q&A sections to help you find solutions. First round: typical behavioral questions Second round Part 1: behavioral questions Second round Part 2: Again, log into the simulated environment and try to solve given customer problems, but this time, some employees will be watching you to see your troubleshooting techniques
