Recruiter call, first round (behavioral with some logic questions), then final round (2 interviews, one data case, the second more behavioral). Recruiter also checked in with phone call the day after final round — not sure why this was done since I didn't end up getting an offer, kind of a waste of time for everyone. I was on time for all 5 conversations I had across the interviews, but the interviewer was late in 4 out of those 5 conversations — in one case by almost 15 minutes, in another case, I got a head's up a few minutes after the time the call was supposed to happen and it was formally pushed back by 15 minutes. In every case where someone was late, they said that a meeting ran long, which says something about the company organization and the culture. Also asked about work hours and they said 8:30 to 8:30 with some work on weekends.

how would you explain what a database is to a 5 year old
The first interview was simple and more like a coffee chat. I was asked basic questions like why handshake, relevant past experiences, and general run through of my experiences and times I worked under pressure/demonstrated leadership.

The recruiter screen, case interview, and behavioral interview took place within the span of a single week. They move very fast, and are looking for people who are willing to grind.
