Was a group interview during the Christmas period. Was a fairly large group and had to perform a skit and then we broke into smaller groups to discuss how we would handle customer complaints and how to prioritise completing tasks that would need to be done in the store.

easy going and nice supportive team throughout the process, informal interview with limited questions and chilled nature would recommend you wear the brand's products to the interview and be prepared to talk about your purchases with the company
