From submission of resume to hiring- whole process took 2.5 weeks. There was a general phone interview that led to a set up of an face-to-face interview. At the in-person interview, there were two people, one of whom was very aggressive in questioning; it was technical; and I left thinking I did not get the job. They called me back for a second interview the following week, where I had to give a presentation about some basic science and one of their products. A couple days after this, I was hired.
