It was very tedious process. First, I had to fill out a personal profile, a questionnaire on my personality, and then take a timed test to assess my intellect and speed. Following that, weeks went by and I heard nothing, then I was given a one hour phone interview. Several weeks later came a mock work assignment I had one week to complete. A week or two passed and then I finally had the actual interview, which took about 4 hours. Then I finally found out I had the job after at least 2-3 months of going back and forth.

I was asked how long I typically worked on projects at my other job, since Hanover only gives employees 1-5 days to complete long-term projects. I also was asked why I wanted to leave my previous job, asked about specific work I'd done, and how I was able to handle difficult professional situations.

Had to complete a phone interview followed by a test and then a virtual interview with hiring managers. The phone interview was around 20 minutes and the virtual interview was 45 minutes.

The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. Super fun conversation and chill process. But for students who want to look for jobs starting at summer, they can’t hold a position for too long if you apply on October or so.
