Many of our research team members have PhDs and JDs, but as the Content Director role is very different in nature, we do have fewer PhDs in that position. As a high growth environment where we like to promote from within, there are quite a few new Content Directors in seat learning alongside their far more tenured and experienced colleagues. This type of high growth, fast pace environment is not always a good fit for all candidates so I am sorry to hear that you felt it was a sign of turnover instead of growth.
