Send your resume. If they like you, you will be interviewed at their office or via skype if you are not in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Usually, they will get you to answer some tests to see whether you are qualified for the work or not. Then they will look at your personality to see if you are an obedient person or not due to their hierarchical culture in the office.
