Receive an invitation to a 15-minute Phone Interview. The process was alright, just the typical questions you get from 1-to-1 interviews. Received another invitation to Assessment Day after the call.
Typical questions about the industry, why you'd be a good fit, your best achievements, weaknesses etc ... 2 interviewers at the AC lasted about 20 minutes roughly. They interviewed maybe 15 others at this point in the AC

Interview process wasn’t too long and felt like questions asked were relevant. You could sense that managers would support you if you got the role which was reassuring. Communication post-interview was fast
