I attended two rounds of interview and I didn't take up the third round as I was not ready for a WFO set up but they needed a WFO candidate. The first round was coding with 2 questions and 40 mins. 1. Given two string, write python code that how many characters we need to change in second string that it becomes the palindrome of the first string (return -1 if it cannot be a palindrome at all). The second question I am not sure but something to do with list and ordering (Sorting) The second round I had was managerial (instead of technical which the company moved to third round). This was because they wanted a candidate with collabotation and quick learning as priority rather than complete technical skills. Round 2 was about my past experiences in detail and few SQL questions. I was almost given the job offere not yet attending round 3 but was 5 days WFO which I couldn't take up due to personal reasons.

There will be 4 rounds - 1st- coding round with 5 mid level questions, 2nd- technical round on the basis of your resume, 3rd is manager round- not yet given.
