I had an initial call with an internal recruiter which went well and he was very nice. Moved onto the next stage, which was a 1 hour interview with someone from the HR team, which was quite uncomfortable. Told I would hear back but next heard back from them, after spending an hour in an interview, did not even get a generic rejection email.
