After applying online I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter who called was from Danone, the parent company. She talked a little about the company and the role and then went through my resume. Nothing too challenging and nothing out of the ordinary. At the end of the call she said I had a great background and she'd share my resume with the hiring manager. Not sure if she did or not. I emailed a few times afterwards to check in and she always responded promptly. About 3 months later I received the canned “thanks, but no thanks” email. The same week I saw on LinkedIn the new HRD had just started.
