No real process. I've interviewed literally thousands of applicants for other companies and all had some type of prepared script to avoid potential lawsuit issues. Not so with these guys. Their hiring process amounts to the glass mirror routine. "Here, breathe on this. Oh look, fog. You're hired." But then once the bad people are brought on board, unless you're management, it takes a literal act of congress to get them fired again. Once a name is put in the system even if they do not show up, they have to miss three scheduled days of work to be fired again. It's ridiculous. But if you're management level then you sneeze wrong and see you later.
