Applied for a graduate software developer job with them on indeed, they responded in about two weeks with an interview invitation. The interview was online and held on Indeed, it was with the person who had contacted me with the invite and their lead developer. The interview was fairly basic, however strangely the first five minutes or so were spent telling me about how I would NOT be working on the software products they have listed on their website and would instead be working on updating and digitising existing systems, they went on to ask about my experience in uni and asked a couple basic technical questions. I was also informed that this was just the first round of interviews and if I advanced to the next phase it would involve more technical tests. I received a message a couple days after the interview telling me I did not get the job as there were other candidates who had more fitting experience, I asked for feedback and they never responded.
