As per the recruiter - HM Screen, DSA, LLD, HLD, Final HM. Horrible experience, interviews were rescheduled 7-8 times total, then got paired with interviews not even relevant to the role. The interviewer themselves said that the round will be rescheduled but they just ghosted me. It felt like a cook interviewing for a pizza-making job but being asked how to make noodles instead. Later got to know that they rejected me in that mismatched round. I guess the recruiter messed up and ghosted me. Total time waste, did not expect such unprofessionalism and disorganised process from Harness.

The interview process was very smooth and well-structured. It focused strongly on real-life implementations rather than just theoretical knowledge. The interviewers were highly knowledgeable and encouraged in-depth, meaningful discussions. There were two hiring manager rounds—one at the beginning of the process to assess alignment with the company, and another at the end, which was a techno-managerial discussion, one DSA, one LLD & one HLD.
