Here is the deal… the candidate is supposed to be driving the conversation during ALL these interviews. Not a whole lot of questions asked about my background or experience.
1. Intro to the Recruitment Manager over zoom - 1 hour. Enjoyed my time with this potential leader and was very excited about moving forward in the process.
2. Two peer convos with current members of the TA team. Both team members were a joy to speak with and were transparent about the state of TA.
3. Interview with VP of talent. Another informational interview. Loved her story and career trajectory
4. Stakeholder interviews: VP of WW Sales and the VP of Sales Dev.
Phone call with hiring manager, then meeting with the team in person. Got to final stage but then was rejected. It was a Quick process, less than a week. Friendly people, easy to talk to.
