Great- they prepare you well for it. They have an internal recruitment team that make sure you have everything you need to succeed. They checked in on me throughout the process and I felt looked after.

It started with a screening call with an internal recruiter followed by 2-3 interviews with different managers. The last interview was with two junior members of the team that was a less formal culture conversation.

I missed the first interview by a few minutes, was supposed to be at 11, she called me at 10:58, left me a message asking if I needed to reschedule.
I called back in 4 minutes to which she said she was in meetings the rest of the day. This made me think she double booked her day like doctors do.
Couldn’t even give me 5 minutes when she actually called before our meeting was scheduled. I have heard nothing in response to anything since.
