Started with recruiter, phone interviews with internal staff, then flown in for a committee interview. Fairly standard process. Interviewers were well-versed in my background, and expected the same of me relative to their business. Really nothing out of the ordinary in the process and no surprises. Only bad thing was expense reimbursement was a very long and clunky process.
