I applied on line and then was given a timed video interview. After that, I attended a round table interview with 5 people. Every thing went very well and I was offered the job. However, I was offered entry level salary for someone with nearly 15 years experience. This is when I learned that it did not matter what was on my resume and only the information put into the application was considered. So... if they are looking for 8 years of xxxx, you have to list x for each year. I did not take the job because they would not allow me to "fix" this mistake and I could not live off the entry level salary they offered.
