Nurse recruiter was professional, pleasant, accessable and answered all questions in a timely manner. Interview was done quickly after initial contact and offer made shortly after that. The whole process went very well. There was a phone interview with the recruiter first, then a phone interview with the manager. After that a 1:1 interview with the manager, then a panel interview.

Interview was a behavioral interview style, so there were many questions asked which required alot of past experiences and examples of situations.

The process was very relaxing, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was asked both clinical and personality questions such as what would you do if you and another coworker disagreed with a certain process. I was hired on the spot.

What are some interventions you would do for a patient experiencing a heart attack?
Easygoing. Allows you to be yourself without heightened anxiety. There are numerous opportunities within the organization. Hopefully, my interview results in my being hired. I’ll return and update my review once I hear back.

Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem.
Arrive on time, be familiar with the organization, and be able to articulate why do you want to work for the company. Be able to walk the interviewer through your resume and convince them that you are the ideal candidate for the position.
