I was a supervisor that was hired internally so I did not grow through this process; however, I have assisted with hiring other supervisors and team members for the management team so I will detail the process in that respect. You must apply online, a recruiter will contact you for an initial phone screening, if you are bilingual you must take a test to prove that you are fluent in any language other than English (your ability to command the English language adequately is assessed through review of your resume and the interview process), you will be called to the office for a panel interview with your soon-to-be colleagues and if they pass you, you are called back to the office for an interview with the administrative director (who you will be reporting to) and the manager.
