I went to a hiring event and I went through two interviews. Also I went through a drug test and they told me to wait 10- 14 days for the background. But I called yesterday and they told me that it is still in progress.

Got a call back a few hours after posting my application online to set up an in store interview the next day. The Co manager invited me into his office and after a brief introduction listed a few jobs that needed to be filled, grocery clerk produce clerk or apprentice meat cutter, and asked me "In a perfect world which would make you feel more comfortable?". I confirmed that I would like to work as a grocery clerk and he proceeded list job responsibilities and quizzed me for maybe 5 minutes. Finished the interview with an oral swab drug test.
