The interview was great, more of a conversation about pharmacy and how I worked in a team. They asked about my current position and why I was looking to move. They said they need someone quick and reach out quickly to notify me of the job offer. I was very pleased with the interactions
One on one then they had another person on zoom. First part was informal second part was the typical interview question but one question is what do you know about Harris teeter and profit sharing

Tell me a situation where you had an upset customer and how you resolved it
One on one with multiple management - recruiter at Regional office, store mgr, district mgr, and pharmacy Mgmt. All at different locations around Triangle. A couple were nice and a couple had a big chip on their shoulder
I had a phone interview first and it was a lot of situational questions and vaccine eligibility questions. Very standard interview questions about dealing with customers, difficult situations, workload balance, etc.
