Fairly easy. Looking for a joyful hard worker- experience doesn't matter. Very basic questioning about your attitude and maybe customer service. One person maybe two in the room. Almost guaranteed as long as you're smiling and have a good attitude the whole time.

They told me more about the atmosphere there rather than asking me questions. Im sure they asked me why I wanna work there at one point.

Asked two questions once I walked through my resume. One was if I was a team player. The other one was if I liked coffee. I got the job two days later.

To be honest, it was a pretty easy interview overall, in my opinion. The manager was very friendly and understanding. Easy customer support questions were asked and I got the job.

The interview was a quick and easy process. She asked simple questions like my availability and what salary I would prefer. She was easy to compromise with and told me she would find me a job that would fit my schedule. They contacted me the next day and i got the job!
