Horrendous! It was a Teams interview for which I was well prepared. MD didn't seem interested and was looking about the room as if someone else was there and didn't ask anything even though I had extensive experience in all areas of the job spec. I got ghosted afterwards despite chasing up HR for feedback. The company had decided to do its own recruitment to save a few pounds and then handled candidates with contempt. The MD, Daryl Bedford has clearly been given the position by his parents and hasn't ever had a job interview in the real world. This shows a lack of respect for those of us who take the time to prepare for job interviews and have a lot of financial responsibilities hanging off the result. Seriously don't work for these jokers, you know how you will get treated.
