My experience interviewing for Harry Ritchies in Salem, OR has been great! I met once with a lower-level manager just to get to know each other and see if things would be a good fit. I was then called back for a second interview with the same manager and his boss, where we talked further in depth about the position and how I would fit in that role. Both people were very nice and seemed to be interested in my personal life as well as my professional life, which I appreciated. They seemed to want to get to know me as a person rather than just ask me questions off of a list. Overall it has been a great experience. One of the best interviews I have ever experienced.

2 interviews plus an assessment test. One on One interview with manager of store. The manager will call or email to set up an appointment or to tell you they are not interested. Previous customer service and/or sales is required.
