I have had interviews for three different positions within Hartford Healthcare. Each has started with a phone screen. One of them I was brought in for face to face after phone screen. One of them was during COVID-19 so after the phone screen I was given a panel interview with the team via phone. Then for that one, I was brought in face to face to meet the Director of the department. Everyone in all cases was pleasant and professional. My only complaint is in the two cases where I had a face to face interview, when I was not chosen I was ghosted. Being an HR professional myself, I have never not at least sent an email to a candidate who was met in person to let them know they were not chosen. Since it has happened twice now, I have to assume this is a Company wide policy or procedure. It is definitely a turn off on applying for future positions there.
