Applied online. Was contacted via LinkedIn and asked a couple of questions. The recruiter asked me a couple of times if I was fluent in Spanish- which is stated in my resume and LinkedIn profile. After I answered that I am she asked again during the phone interview. She asked "old school" questions that I haven't been asked in over ten years. Was told would hear back within a couple of days, never heard back.
