The interview process started with an email exchange then a two hour sit down interview with the director of operations. In this interview I discussed everything from what I was currently working on in my career to the very beginning of my career and how I got started. We discussed where I live & how it relates to the restaurants. I spoke to them about the next steps that I would like to take in my career. A few weeks later, I sat down with the owner and CEO of the company and basically had the same discussion. I was then to do a trail with their corporate chef, however my schedule had made it difficult. I ended up scheduling a date to do a tasting at one of the restaurants.
