3 rounds of interviews over a course of two weeks. Drove 30 minutes each time. Upon arriving to each interview, there was upwards of a twenty minute wait for another interview to finish. Overheard other conversations, no privacy. The first two people that conducted the interview were very friendly. However, the last conductor was rushing and kept interrupting. This was after staying behind and waiting for this person for over an hour, last minute, upon this person’s request following the second interview with the second conductor. Very rude. She also asked ridiculous, pretentious questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the job. Company ghosts applicants after wasting 2 weeks of their time. The least they could do is call and say that they aren’t offering a position.

Interview process takes a very long time. You have to sit down with a key manager, general manager, then the owner of the restaurant. This can take 3-4 days and there are no set interview times. You almost have to hassle them to be able to have a sit down conversation with them. Don’t expect to get the position you sign up for, they will place you where they see fit! Which isn’t a bad thing.
