I applied on instahyre for Java Developer role and on the same day I got a call from this.
There were three rounds-
1. DS+Algo
2. System Design
3. Managerial/HR
I couldn't clear 2nd round.

I was asked two questions in first round-
a. find subarrays which has the given sum in a one dimensional array.
b. find largest distinctive string in the given string.
I was asked to design the tiny url in system design.

I applied through employee referral. I got a call within 1 week. Next day first round of interview was scheduled. It got to know the portions i need to focus on in further rounds of interviews.
