I was referred for this position through one of the company employees. He is one of my connections on LinkedIn. He asked me about my prior experiences as well as my education and referred me to the hiring manager. The hiring manager set up an interview for me . I was interviewed by five professionals followed by lunch with two others. they were all very nice, and respectful. The interview ended with a company tour followed by conversation with Nancy, the hiring manager about possible next steps. She was also very caring and professional. It was obvious that they hire candidates who truly fit the company's culture. It was a pleasant experience at Haskell & White and I think it's an amazing company to work for. I was honored to get an offer after a few days. Also, every step was followed on time and exactly as they promised. Communication was very thorough and timely.

Interview process was relatively quick, went from on campus to in office interviews. Interview consisted of 4 30 minute interviews done by 4 separate people. Questions ranged from casual get to know you style questions to technical such as how to plan an audit and what a trial balance was.
