I had several in-person interviews. I met with both management and peers. The entire process took a long time. I was able to tour the facility and see the product that was manufactured.

I talked with a recruiter, then HR. Seemed like a good company. Conversation was good. I was able to get a good feel for what the position was, company culture, etc. I withdrew from the process for personal reasons.
