Brought in for interview in co's warehouse to meet with owners. Warehouse is messy and disorganized. Easy going open discussion with owners. Not hard interview questions, but more of a discussion. Owners seemed overly concerned that it would not work out, apparently had some bad past experiences. It almost seemd like they were planning for it to not work out. Asked to work on aproject post interview so they could see creativity, etc. Gladly did project and then did not hear anything except "thank you" email. A week later I had to contact them for follow up. They responded by email and told me that they want to hire someone who is unemployed becuase they want it on a 'trial basis" -basically they want a temporary worker they can get rid on any time.
