Do not interact with this company. Any job listing they post on behalf of another company is not legitimate. They will make you spend time building an app that they grade. Regardless of whether you do well, you will never talk to the company you applied to. It's very concerning and sad Hatchways recruiters (job posters) are knowingly posting positions on various sites repeatedly to hook you into going through their placement program, which will cost money. I wonder if said companies are aware

First I completed a backend assessment which took 2-3h. That was followed a 1:1 call with an interviewer where I chatted and did algo and data structures questions. They ended up not hiring me, but they asked me if I wanted to be part of their recruitment process, and I got a job at a partner startup 2 weeks after I interviewed with Hatchways
