Once the technical knowledge portion was covered, the interview shifted to personal and lifestyle questions, such as how you spend your free time, whether you enjoy the city, or interests like camping. These questions are not entirely random — they seem designed to gauge whether candidates are financially independent or require significant support, since the company offers salaries below the local market rate. Candidates who are financially stable or have alternative sources of support (e.g., family resources) may be viewed more favorably, as the company appears to prioritize employees who can maintain a high cost-of-living lifestyle without relying solely on their salary.

Interview process was straight forward - was done over Skype with three managers and lasted less than one hour. This was followed by reference checks and an offer. Everyone was friendly and professional.
