Very low key. We did the interview over FaceTime. The questions were very direct and not behavior based, so that was a surprise. I got an email from the recruiter on Friday saying interviews were on Monday, so I interviewed Monday, got the offer on Thursday. There were 3 department heads there during the interview: ER, Med/Surg, and education.
